Early in our relationship, we spend time and dedicate resources to learning about their business needs and operational goals. We then translate these needs and goals into Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which both parties can use to measure and track our performance.

Productivity Scorecard
No matter the customer, industry or geography we always measure our performance. Every operation team reports their monthly productivities using a custom designed scorecard that allows us to compare all our operations across the group. Our senior management team meets monthly to review operational performance and they use the productivity scorecard as a starting point for sharing improvement initiatives and best practices across customer, industries and geographies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
LF Logistics agree on KPIs and SLAs with customers early in our partnerships. Where possible, we leverage the resources of our WMS to gather the necessary data to compute and track these metrics. Every month we meet with our customers to review our performance, discuss our challenges and share any initiatives or ideas we have that may improve our performance.
Productivity Dashboards
We believe that giving our operations teams visibility of their performance goes a long way helping them to achieve our customers’ goals. To this facilitate this, we have custom made productivity dashboards that extract information from our WMS and present it in a graphic or tabular format that our operations managers can easily absorb. Our dashboards are able to track order status, productivities, and many more metrics, thus empowering our staff to better manage their operations.
