We cover inventory and order management, warehouse pick and pack, online platform integration, and last mile delivery services and return management.
Inventory & Order Management
LF Logistics helps our customers manage their Omni-Channel inventory either as a separate stockholding or as part of a shared inventory pool combined with retail stocks. We use multiple strategies based on the order pattern and product type to fulfill the customer orders. These include route optimization, cluster picking, and batch picking which are all designed to improve total productivity and manage seasonal and promotional peaks. We also provide Value Added Services such as quality checks, label changes, invoice printing, and gift packing.
Online Platform Integration
Our Warehouse Management System is already integrated with many of the industry’s major order management systems. This allows us to download and upload order and inventory information with complete accuracy and timeliness and deliver rapid implementations.
We provide courier management services including billing checking, KPI management, vendor benchmarking and selection, and Cash on Delivery services. LF Logistics is fully integrated with the major courier networks.
