We provide Value Added Services (VAS) utilizing semi-automatic processes and perform a wide range of activities – such as co-packing, repacking, kitting, labeling, and tagging – that add value to our clients’ products.
Co-Packing, Repacking, Rework, or Kitting
Whether our customers need to change a product’s packaging or need their product packed in gift baskets or sales and marketing kits, our team is ready to deliver top quality specialist packaging at a competitive price.
We conduct co-packing activities in substantial volume every day, allowing us to share our labor and space. Leveraging resources in this manner translates directly into lower costs per unit. Each of our warehouses has its own VAS area, which eliminates the cost of having to transport the products to another site for VAS activities.
Inkjet printing is also available for products that require specific information, such as expiry dates, to be printed on their outside packaging.
We can also seal packages with stretch film using hot air guns, heat tunnels, or hot glue for any of the aforementioned services, giving the product a high quality, polished finish.
To assure consumers that our customers’ products have been produced and tested according to industry standards, we make sure that all our services are Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certified.
Labeling, Relabeling, Tagging, or Retagging
For clients who want their products to be tagged or labeled before delivery, we provide these services in-house with optional on-demand printing. We also give them the option to print their own labels or tags and send them to us for placement.
Due to the tedious nature of the activities, labeling or tagging products is a common request from retailers. We take away that headache from our clients and their customers, so they can focus on selling.
Postponement
For clients who require unique labels or tags on the same product specific to their customer or country market requirements, we offer a postponement strategy that ensures items are labeled and tagged only once the customer or market has been identified. This postponement strategy allows our clients to produce a high volume of the same product to cater to various markets that have different labeling or tagging requirements, reducing the product’s chances of becoming obsolete.
